Georgia Thomas is a qualified makeup and hair artist working in greater London. She discovered a passion for art early in life, experimenting with the use of colour and texture through painting and sculpture. At A Level she further developed her talent, studying Art and Textiles, where she experimented with photography and designed fashion clothing and stage costumes. These subjects supported Georgia’s interest in fashion and the development of an individual style which lead into her University Degree. Studying for a BA in makeup and hair design at Southampton Solent University was the natural progression which allowed Georgia’s individual creative style to flourish. The end result is a collection of innovative visionary work which showcases her skills base. Further to her degree Georgia takes an active interest in fashion, TV and film. She has worked with local clients on makeup and hair for occasions such as weddings and school proms. Now she is looking for opportunities to use her skills in the commercial makeup industry.
